Monthly Class Tuition Policy
Enrollment is always open! You may enroll in classes any time (pending availability).
Tuition is billed monthly and auto-charged to your card on file on the 1st of each month. Your first month’s tuition will be pro-rated, based on the date you register. After that, you will pay the same tuition amount, each month on the 1st. Please note: declined cards on file must be updated by the 15th of current monthly billing period or class enrollment will be dropped.
Monthly tuition remains the same each month, regardless of holidays or number of weeks/classes that month. COGA is closed for classes a total of 4 weeks/year (mirroring the Bend La Pine public school closures; 1 week over Thanksgiving, 2 weeks for winter break and 1 week for spring break) Classes will run the remaining 48 weeks/year, which is equal to 4 classes/month. While the number of class days in any given month may vary, you will be getting an average of 4 classes/month on this annual schedule. We occasionally close for 1 day holidays (memorial day, 4th of July, etc). If your child’s class falls on a 1 day holiday closure you will be eligible for a make up class, to be used within 30 days of closure.
You can drop your enrollment any time. Simply fill out a drop class request form on our website by clicking the "Drop Class Request" button at the bottom of the Enrollment page. Drop requests must be submitted on or before the 15th of the month prior to your drop. Any drop forms received after the 15th will be processed and you will still be billed for your last month’s tuition on the following 1st.

- Submitting a drop form on our website is the only way to request a class drop. Verbal requests made to your child’s coach, COGA staff, in an email or voicemail will not be processed.
- Getting back in to our program once you’ve dropped your enrollment will be subject to class availability. Any currently enrolled COGA athletes on waitlists for classes will take priority over general public and re-enrollment.
Level Assessment & Advancement
Recreational Gymnastics Classes: Your child’s coach will constantly be assessing their gymnasts for readiness to advance to the next level. We are looking for baseline, level specific skills, flexibility, consistency, attitude and responsibility level. Kids progress at all different speeds and we work hard to match our coaching with each child’s needs and ability. Your child will remain in the same level until their coach assesses that they’re ready to advance. When it’s time, your child’s coach will present our gymnast with a graduation certificate. This certificate makes them eligible to advance to the next level. COGA staff will then help you find a class day/time that meets your needs. If space is unavailable in the class of your choosing, your child will be placed on a short waitlist and their coach will continue to challenge them and coach up to their abilities in their current class day/time until space is the next level is available.
Tot’s Gymnastics Classes: Our tot’s classes are primarily age-specific, rather than exclusively skill based. Please plan to register your child for the most age-appropriate class. If your child’s coach assesses that they would benefit from moving to a different class we will discuss that with you directly.
If you have questions about any of these policies, level requirements or other general questions, please let a staff member know. Thank you!

Class Make Up Policy
Life gets busy, kids get sick, we get it! Whenever possible, we will accommodate a make-up for a class your child has missed. After your missed class, reach out to our front desk: [email protected] and we will help schedule you for a make-up class time. Make-ups must be used within 30 days of missed class. If you miss your scheduled make-up class, no additional make ups will be permitted for that absence. All make-ups will be subject to class availability. We are unable to over-enroll a class to accommodate a make-up.
If you prefer, we are always happy to offer a punch card good for 2 Open Gym or Playmania visits, in lieu of a make-up class. Just ask!

Sportsmanship & Behavior Policies
At Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy, we firmly believe in the transformative power of sports in shaping responsible, respectful, and empowered individuals. Our commitment extends beyond mere physical skills; we strive to instill the core values of COGA in every child who walks through our doors.
Our "Big 3" rules encapsulate these values: Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Kind. These principles guide not only our athletes' actions within our facility but also their conduct outside of it. We understand that children are inherently learning and growing, and occasional missteps are a natural part of this process.
However, our dedicated coaches are committed to fostering an environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. In line with our guiding principles, we have established a structured approach to address any behavior that deviates from these standards:
- Verbal Warning: Upon the first occurrence of behavior contrary to our guiding principles, the coach will provide a verbal warning to the child, emphasizing the importance of safety, respect, and kindness.
- Temporary Removal: If the behavior persists within the same practice session, the child will be asked to sit out for a brief period. This time allows them to reflect on their actions and reaffirm their commitment to being safe, respectful, and kind upon their return.
- Dismissal: In the event of repeated instances of behavior that contravene our principles during a class, the child will be respectfully asked to leave the session. Parents will be contacted to pick up their child promptly. However, we encourage the child to return the following week, providing them with another opportunity to uphold our values and learn from their experiences.
Thank you for entrusting us with your child's development at Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy. Together, we can nurture a community where every child feels supported, empowered, and capable of achieving greatness
*Please note: we have a zero tolerance policy for violence, hate speech and otherwise dangerous behavior. We reserve the right to immediately dismiss a child from our programs (either temporarily or permanently) for any such behavior. Families will not be refunded for any remaining monthly tuition upon.
