What We’re Looking For:
- Experience coaching competitive gymnastics with a strong background in optional levels (6-10)
- Strong spotting confidence & technique
- A positive coaching style that motivates, uplifts and builds athlete confidence
- Dedication to the whole athlete – valuing mental and emotional development alongside physical performance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, athletes and families
- Commitment to creating a safe, supportive and high-performing training environment
