Meet Our Staff
Jacob & Jordan Bailey / Owners
We are Jacob & Jordan Bailey and we had the privilege of buying the Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy in 2021 and carrying on the legacy that’s been building here at COGA for over 24 years. We have 2 daughters who have been involved in gymnastics for years. They both started out as little ones in tots programs and are now both on the competitive team here at COGA. We have invested a lot in this sport and it’s become a huge part of our family. We were both athletes all through school and believe in the powerful and positive affects sports have on shaping kids into well rounded, awesome humans. We also run an action sports non-profit (Truck Stop Action Sports) with a focus on youth camps & instruction at the local skateparks during the summer and school holidays. We’ve been active with the programs for 8+ years and know first-hand what it means to pour time and energy in to the kids in our community. We are so excited for COGA to be another opportunity to engage with youth in Central Oregon!

Rowan H.
Manager Rowan has been a gymnastic coach at COGA since the start of 2019. She competed at United Gymnastics in Maryland before moving to Oregon in middle school. Rowan is passionate about the stretching and strength building blocks of gymnastics. Her favorite event is Floor because it can translate to other activities and you don’t necessarily need any equipment. |
Brandi J.
Head Competitive Team Coach Our head coach Brandi has been in love with gymnastics since she was just a toddler. From Mommy and me classes as a child to competing at the young age of 8 years old, she continued on as a competitive gymnast all the way to level 10, then she decided to retire - but that didn't last long! She missed gymnastics so much she started coaching right out of high school and coached for 5 years before taking a break to pursue a massage therapy career. She ultimately missed coaching so much and was excited to get back into the gymnastics world with COGA! With her massage therapy background she is able to help the girls not only recover from injuries but help prevent them with her understanding of the body and sports physiology. She is dedicated to having happy, healthy, and strong gymnasts that love being in the gym as much as she does! |
Hollie H.
Rec/Pre Team/Competitive Team Coach Hollie was born and raised in Milwaukie, Oregon where she attended Sunburst/Precision Elite Gymnastics. She has been a coach at COGA since Fall of 2019 teaching all levels from mighty shots to level 4 on our competitive team. Hollie prides herself on being a positive and uplifting coach. She loves to spend her time outside of the gym riding dirt bikes, fishing, and enjoying the Central Oregon outdoors. |
Grace Y.
Competitive Team Coach Grace grew up as a competitive gymnast in the Washington D.C. area until she moved to Montana, where she coached both rec classes and competitive team while getting her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. Grace recently moved to Bend, Oregon to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Oregon State University, and she is passionate about preventing injuries and maintaining a fun and healthy environment for all gymnasts! When she’s not in school or coaching, Grace loves to trail-run, fly-fish, and spend time outdoors, in the mountains. She is so excited to be a part of the COGA team! |
