Tumbling 1
Tumbling 1 (previously 'Intro to Tumbling') is for students who want to learn and develop tumbling basics. This class will cover handstands, cartwheels, round offs and the beginnings of front and back handsprings.
Tumbling 2
Tumbling 2 (previously 'Tumbling Development') is an advanced level class that will further develop powerful round offs as well as front and back handsprings on floor. Students will start learning front and back tucks.
Tumbling 3
Tumbling 3 is an expert level class. Students will develop connections of front and back tumbling passes. Students will work on twisting in the air. This class meets 2 days/ week.
Tumbling for Cheer, Sr.
This class is designed specifically for current or aspiring cheerleaders ages 13–18 who want to develop and refine the tumbling skills most commonly used in cheerleading. Athletes will be divided into smaller skill-based groups within the class to ensure targeted instruction and progression. Each group will work on drills and progressions appropriate to their level, focusing on skills such as round-offs, back handsprings, back tucks, aerials, and more. Whether you're prepping for tryouts or aiming to level up your tumbling, this class will help build strength, confidence, and solid technique in a supportive, cheer-focused environment.
Tumbling for Cheer, Jr.
This class is designed for young cheerleaders and aspiring athletes ages 8–12 who want to build a strong foundation in cheer-based tumbling. Athletes will be grouped by skill level within the class to ensure they receive the right level of challenge and support. Each group will work on drills and progressions for skills like cartwheels, round-offs, tucks, back walkovers, back handsprings and more - depending on their individual readiness. Whether new to tumbling or looking to sharpen existing skills, this class builds strength, confidence, and solid technique in a fun, cheer-focused environment.
