FREE school field trips that open the door to sports, fitness and the joy of movement!
At Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy we believe sports have the power to change kids’ lives. Our mission has always been to create a safe, positive space where every child can experience the joy of movement, build confidence and discover the sport that “fits” for them. The earlier kids are exposed to a variety of activities the more likely they are to find something that inspires a lifelong love of fitness, health and growth.
That’s why we’ve launched our School Field Trip Program, opening our doors to local elementary classrooms at NO COST to schools or teachers. We have such deep love and respect for the work teachers do. They play a vital role in shaping kids and future adults. We also know that financial limitations often make enrichment opportunities out of reach for schools. We want to be part of the solution by giving teachers and students the chance to enjoy a field trip full of movement, fun and discovery.
To make this vision a reality we’ve established a School Field Trip Fund with a goal of $11,610 for the 2025-2026 school year. This will cover the cost of 27 field trips between September and May, an average of three each month. Each field trip costs us roughly $430 to staff and operate, and gives an entire class the opportunity to experience the power and joy of sports and fitness together. 100% of donations go directly to funding these trips.
